“Spiritual meditation is the pathway to Divinity. It is Mystic ladder which reaches from earth to Heaven,
from error to Truth, from pain to Peace” ~ James Allen
Mantras provides us with the Power to Attain our Goals and takes us to a Higher level of Consciousness.
For thousands of years all throughout the planet, Mantras have been used to quiet the Mind, experience Inner Stillness,
promote the development of virtues like empathy, and experience “God.”
Mantras, although simple words and sounds repeated over and over again, are immensely powerful in their ability to raise our consciousness.
Not only are words and sounds a manifestation of energy vibrating at different frequencies, but they are also imbued with centuries of meaning.
In fact, Mantras and Chants are so ancient that they are said to be over 3,000 years (or more) old.

All Buddhists believe it is very good to practice the mantra of Chenrezi, the Bodhisattva of Compassion (The protective deity of Tibet), which can relieve negative karma, accumulate merit, help rescue from the sea of suffering and achieve Buddhahood. Chanting the mantra loud or silently, spinning prayer wheels with the mantra, and carving mantra into stones are common practices. For further queries contact pvachani2000@yahoo.com

This ancient Hawaiian
word translates to,
"I'm sorry, Please forgive me,
I love you,
Thank you.
"It is pronounced in used when you feel distressed, angry or ashamed. You might like to repeat the word "Ho'opopnopono"
or its literal translation, as a mantra.
"Ho ~ O ~ Pono ~ Pono"
HAM ~SA
“I am that,” and thus Reaffirms our conscious presence and infinite state of undivided Being. Do this mantra by breathing in and saying “Ham"
("thus affirming your “I am-ness")
and breathing out saying “Sa”
(thus bridging the gap between self
and other, creating oneness).

CREATING YOUR OWN SACRED MEDITATION MANTRAS
Make the mantra short and sweet (no more than 10-15 words). Choose a word that is of great significance to you, or a sentence of deep meaning, e.g. “I am love, you are love,” “I forgive myself,” “Freedom, peace, resolve,” “I change my thoughts, I change my world” etc. Ensure that the mantra is framed in the positive (which the unconscious mind can process) rather than the negative (which it can’t). For example, instead of saying “I am not angry,” say “I am calm and accepting.” Or instead of “I’ve overcome my fear” say “I am courageous.”Repeat whatever mantra you have chosen or created for yourself many times over. Many people give up after 20 repeats expecting a miraculous change to suddenly materialize. No, mantras must be repeated thousands of times, even hundreds of thousands of times for their effects to be felt. But start slow.

Lavender Flame Reiki Attunement
Published on May 21, 2010
The Lavender Flame energy was channeled to the American Energy Master Suraya by Quan Yin in 2001. Through the use of the mantra Namo Quan Shi Yin Pu-Sa, Quan Yin can be called in very strongly to a healing session where the Lavender Flame energy is being used. The Lavender Flame has the characteristic of transmuting negative and unwanted energy very fast and for bringing purification to a person. It has the initial feeling of being a gentle and nurturing energy, but in reality is very strong and does its work very effectively. It has a link energetically to the Violet Fire energy and works through the energy structures in our Chakras. People with good self awareness can work with this energy effectively to break the karmic behavioral patterns they are holding that are not of love by working with the Lotus Jewel of Karmic Release in their Heart Chakras. People with good psychic ability can work with this energy to connect with the Higher Beings and to develop their Third Eye capabilities. Quan Yin is assisted with this energy by Isariel and Suriel from the Angelic realms and they may be called in to
participate in healing sessions.

Native Americans use singing and chanting as part of their healing rituals. Even the American Cancer Society has suggested music as a way to help
heal. With the current practice of modern Ho’oponopono, there has
been an increase in the use of Tones and music. A frequently asked question by those who do not speak English is whether or not the mantra:
I Love You, I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You
The words themselves do not need to be understood in order for the vibration of the words to work on cleaning. Even as you think of the mantra in your mind, you actually still hear the
Tones of the words being said. This is the vibration that is cleaning, and this is the reason that Tones and music are such an important part of our cleaning tools.
Recorded by Dr. Joe Vitale and Guitar Monk Mathew Dixon, this
is probably one of the most popular albums that has been infused with ho’oponopono. This beautiful instrumental music was one of the first albums to have the ho’oponopono mantra subliminally (under
conscious awareness) recorded under each song by Dr. Joe Vitale.
This means that simply playing the music cleans on you and
everything around you on an unconscious level; think of it as
your automatic pilot. This album also features the world’s first Healing guitar. This guitar harmonizes with a vibration of love. It took almost
an entire year to make. Plus it has the Ho’oponopono mantra right on the neck. This amazing guitar was played by Dr. Joe Vitale (as lead
electric guitar), and it was used by Vitale to create background
swells through a guitar synthesizer.
